How to get you up and running with our remote support software

Step 1:

Step 2:

You can now enter your 5 digit code provided by our support agent and then press enter:

Step 3:

Click on the downloaded file:

Step 4:

Run the executable by double clicking on the downloaded file, you will receive a permission prompt, enter your admin password if applicable and/or select "Yes" to grant access.

Step 5:

Your remote support session should now be active and you will receive a notification when an agent is connected.
